At High Green Dispensary, we strive to provide high-quality products and customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of vape, edible, and consumable products, our return and refund policy is limited and subject to the conditions outlined below.

2. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • The return request is made within 48 hours of delivery

  • The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging

⚠️ For safety and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used consumable products.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-refundable and non-returnable:

  • Opened or used vape products

  • Edibles, oils, or consumables once opened

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Gift cards (if applicable)

4. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us within 48 hours at sales@highgreendispensary.com

  2. Provide:

    • Your order number

    • Clear photos or videos of the issue

  3. Our team will review your request and respond promptly

If approved, we will offer:

  • Replacement of the item, or

  • Store credit, or

  • Refund (depending on the case)

5. Incorrect Orders

  • If you receive the wrong product:

    • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

    • We will arrange a replacement or issue a refund after verification

6. Return Process

If your return is approved:

  • You will receive return instructions via email

  • Items must be shipped back within the specified timeframe

  • Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the issue was our error

We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

7. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the approval or rejection

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  • Check your bank account again

  • Contact your payment provider (processing delays may occur)

9. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can only be canceled before they are processed or shipped

  • Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled

10. Shipping Costs

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error

11. Legal Compliance

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the products ordered are legal in their location. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for orders seized, restricted, or denied due to local laws.
